Abstract

The article highlights a report which shows that frozen snack consumption has increased as consumer eating habits have changed and the lines between snacking and mealtime have become increasingly blurred. It discusses that International flavors and foods are driving growth in the handheld frozen snack category, with younger consumers more open to these items; and Restaurant-branded frozen snacks have long been popular, and plant-based options are becoming more popular.
