Abstract

The paper substantiates the need to create an information system for decision support in the development of systems for protecting objects of informatization, analyzes existing such systems in various fields of activity, defines the requirements for the functionality of the system in relation to the field of information security, considers methods for developing models of functioning of protected information systems in conditions of destructive impact on the basis of Bayesian networks, a description of the functioning of a typical module of this model is given, the structures of probabilistic models of the relationship of vulnerabilities, threats to information security, methods and scenarios for their implementation, the formation of measures to protect objects of informatization, the formation and assessment of the risks of incidents and damage from them are considered, clusters are identified the formation of typical information security events, a methodological apparatus is provided for calculating the joint probability distribution of protective and destructive events iy, typical chains of interrelationships of such events have been identified, a mathematical apparatus has been developed for calculating their probabilities, a verbal description of the patterns of their mutual influence is given, and a method is presented for converting quantitative probabilistic values of security indicators of an informatization object into qualitative ones, and the results of the study are summarized.
