Abstract

This study aims to identify the implementation of Work-Based Learning (WBL) during the covid 19 pandemic in vocational education. The literature review systematic method approach is used for decision making from the implementation of Work Based Learning. We identified 151 articles from the Scopus database with keywords work-based learning virtual pandemic and conducted citation searches using five articles to identify relevant literature. Research using the term virtual educational, virtual reality landscape describe work-based learning for medical students. Apprenticeship and other forms of work-based learning can be an opportunity for empowering young people and adults, boosting their long-term employability through quality education and training. Consensus in Asia that apprenticeships and other forms of work-based learning may support the transitions of young people from school to employment and increasingly contribute to upskilling and reskilling of adults. Recommendations The implementation of WBL activities in the future will be carried out online and offline by continuing to apply the process but hard skills and soft skills are still obtained.
