Software Implementation and Benchmarking of TinyJAMBU on Programmable Logic Controllers.

As of March 2021, TinyJAMBUis one of the 12 finalists in theNational Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) competition launched to standardize lightweight cryptographic algorithms, suitable for resource-constrain devices (e.g. RFID sensors, microcontrollers, embedded devices, industrial controllers). This paper reports on the software implementation details of TinyJAMBUon a Siemens S7–1200 Programmable Logic Controller.
