Comparative Study of Three Types of Controllers for Variable Speed Wind Turbine.

The purpose of thiswork is to improve thewind turbine power by taking into consideration the variation ofwind speed. This paper compares three different speed control systems; the PI controller, the PI with anticipation, the PD controller (phase advance controller), and a MPPT; maximum power point tracking strategy.
