The Ministry of Religion issued guidelines regarding the procedure for weddings that must follow health protocols. This start-up was proposed as a solution for preparing a wedding in the midst of a pandemic. This start-up was created due to the limited choices of wedding vendors for brides in preparing for their weddings, and due to a lack of trusted wedding organizer service providers in providing services in the form of managing, designing, and arranging wedding events from pre-event to completion of the event. The quality of WO services is still low based on disagreements that reach more than 65%. In addition, many wedding organizer's businesses are not flexible in following consumer requests since they usually offer service in form of a package, so this is our opportunity to develop NYC (Nikah Yuk Company) : A Start-Up for Your Dream Wedding, so the customer can build their dream wedding with unlimited choices of wedding vendors. The functional requirements of this application include 2 users, namely consumers and vendor partners. The services available in this application are Make-up, Wedding dress, Catering, Venue, Entertainment, Costume and Wedding Organizer. In order to ensure the quality of vendor partners, a verification process is carried out so that all services and products match the existing descriptions. In the development process of this start-up the authors apply agile development methods. Agile development methods help application developers deliver products in a timely manner from the operational stages of analysis and design, it also reduces the risk of non-technical software implementation failures and if a failure occurs in any time of system development, the material loss is relatively small.
