Abstract

Dear Editor, Dupilumab demonstrated high effectiveness for atopic dermatitis (AD).[[1], [3]] However, certain patients suffer from newly developed facial redness.[3] Although several possible causes have been proposed, it is often difficult to treat the facial lesions,[3] suggesting other causes. We herein report two AD patients who newly developed patchy erythema and red papules in the face and neck during dupilumab treatment, and in whom Demodex mites were detected in the lesions. Of two cases. [Extracted from the article]
