The article focuses on transformational leadership training to enhance the value of the learning experience of executives across the globe, especially in the current era of the pandemic, where businesses are facing unprecedented levels of disruption. The article provides four steps to goal setting using transformational leadership: idealized influence, individual consideration, inspirational motivation, and intellectual stimulation.
