KÚPEĽNÁ KAPLNKA A JEJ MIESTO V DEJINÁCH PIEŠŤAN.

In the immediate near of the Piešťany city symbol - the crush breaker is situated small inconspicuous sacral building called Spa chapel. Only few metres from spa chapel was located older building, from 18^th century, it was chapel of St. John of Nepomuk. This older chapel was demolished, but her main altar painting safed and removed to this chapel. One of the most historical important moments in the existent of this chapel was visitation of Karel Kašpar, cardinal and archbishop of Prague, in July 1936. By his invitation played spa orchestra and he celebrated short devotion and at the end gave believers his apostolic blessing. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
