Abstract

To clarify the coupling coordination degree relationship between the construction industrialization system and the green development system, the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region of China is used as the research object to design the evaluation index system of the two systems. The comprehensive development index, coupling degree, and coupling coordination degree of the two regional systems from 2016 to 2020 are measured by constructing the coupling coordination degree model. It is found that the comprehensive level of construction industrialization and green development in the region is on the rise, and the relative relationship is mainly synchronous. Still, the proportion of comprehensive development index greater than 0.5 is only 40% and 30%, respectively, and the comprehensive development level still needs further improvement. From the chronological point of view, the coupling coordination degree keeps rising, with a maximum value of 0.85. Although the stage of coordinated development has come, the level of quality coordination has not been reached. From the spatial point of view, the synergistic development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region in terms of construction industrialization and green development still needs to be further deepened. The research findings can provide a reference for the organic combination and synergistic promotion of construction industrialization and green development. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
