Abstract: The article offers advice by jessamyn west on tools that librarian can apply in creating a survey. Topics including making the survey more professional looking by adding company's logo, pointing out the mistakes people make in a survey such as making a question required when people may not be able to answer it, and google form helps you customize the survey.
