- The article focuses on a forecast by the Intermodal Association of North America (IANA), which states that inland point intermodal (IPI) volumes will drop in 2023. Topics discussed include the migration of discretionary cargo from the West Coast to the East and Gulf coasts, intermodal rail service and chassis shortages and discretionary imports.
