Abstract

In order to ensure the reliability of the furnace tube hook of the tube heating furnace, based on the on-site monitoring data, a three-dimensional steady state thermal structural coupling analysis model of the furnace tube hook is established, and the appropriate grid density is selected. The thermal structural coupling analysis of the hook was carried out using the finite element multi physical field method. ZG40Cr25Ni20 was selected as the hook material, and the temperature, deformation and equivalent stress of the hook under three different thermal load conditions were mainly analyzed. The results show that the maximum surface temperature of the hook is located at the tip of the web, and decreases with the decrease of the heat load of the heating furnace; Under the same stress and constraint conditions, the maximum deformation values under the three heat loads are 8.72, 8.11 and 7.07 mm respectively, and they are all located at the front end of the web, indicating that the higher the temperature is, the greater the deformation coordination is required; The maximum equivalent stress of the hook is located at the connection between the furnace wall and the hook. The strength of the dangerous section of the hook is checked according to the first strength theory. The check results show that the structural strength meets the design requirements.
