Abstract
- The 1.2 MM TPY straight-run diesel hydrocracking of SINIOPEC Beijing Yanshan Company has a designed jet fuel yield of more than 50% . This units has been operating in a detente hydrocracking mode for a long time, because of the overall product structure adjustment and insufficient hydrogen. The device can flexibly adjust the reaction depth according to the jet fuel demand. Retain the same catalyst system, more than 30% of the LCO can be blended into the mixed feedstock oil, and the LCO can be digested to produce gasoline according to the hydrogen balance. Based on the calibration data, the normal operation data and the hydroupgrading data, the performance of the catalyst, process conditions, material balance, comprehensive energy consumption, product distribution and product quality are analyzed and compared. It can provide theoretical and practical basis for production operation and process optimization of similar units, and help other refining enterprises to reduce the ratio of diesel to gasoline and adj'ust the product structure of chemical transformation.
