Abstract

The high pressure hydrogenation process of naphthenic base fraction producing rubber plasticizer developed by Dalian Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemical (FRIPP) was introduced. Using naphthenic base fraction as raw material, the rubber plasticizer with excellent quality was produced by the combined process of hydrotreating, hydrodewaxing and hydrofinishing in a small hydrogenation reactor. The commercialization results show that under the reaction pressure of of standard +5.0 MPa, oil volume ratio of hydrogen 1,000, hydrotreating volume space velocity of standard, hydrodewaxing volume space velocity of standard +0.5 h<superscript>-1</superscript>, hydrofinishing volume space velocity of standard +0.3 h<superscript>-1</superscript>, hydrotreating reaction temper-ature of standard + 40 °C, hydrodewaxing reaction temperature of standard +30 °C and hydrofinishing temperature of standard -40 °C, rubber plasticizer products that meet the standard requirements can be produced.
