Abstract

A technique of sample preparation and the results of evaluation of adhesive strength using the pullout method have been presented. Carbon and basalt fibers have been used as fillers, and epoxy material has been used as a polymer matrix. The use of elementary carbon and basalt fibers with a diameter of 5 and 15 μm, respectively, is a feature of these tests. A list of the main technological errors arising in the manufacture of samples has been given, and methods for their elimination have been proposed. The results of strength tests on the assessment of adhesive strength determined by the pullout method and with interlayer shear have been presented. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
