Unilateral Palatal Hypoplasia: A Case Report With a Long-Term Follow-Up.

Isolated unilateral palatal hypoplasia is an extremely rare congenital disorder that usually causes velopharyngeal incompetence. We herein report a case with isolated unilateral palatal hypoplasia that was treated and followed up over nine years.
