Abstract
- Optical fibre sensor with their properties and simple design represent an amazing sensing way to monitor the chemical concentration and a key issue for a revolution in medical devices. The sensor that designed had not dependent on a complex structure or expensive parts. The uncomplicated design was using 40nm of a gold layer as a surface plasmon resonance coating for 10 mm of commercial, multi-mode fibre to assess urea concentration at (4, 6, 8, 10 mM). Experimental results demonstrate that a sensor's sensitivity for the area was increasing from 3.5 to 25µm/nu with the urea concentration vary from 2 to 10 mm. The simple design and setup make the optical sensor was an efficient method for different biological systems. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
