Webuild, Salcef win Romanian rail contract.

Italian construction companies Webuild and Salcef have won a €291 million ($289.6m) contract to upgrade a section of Romanian railway Caransebes-Timisoara-Arad to improve connections between Bucharest and the western part of the country.
