Abstract
- The article reports on the U.S. Government Accountability Office's (GAO) review of the changes made by the U.S. Social Security Administration (SSA) to its delivery of key services and administration of its programs during the COVID-19 pandemic. Topics discussed include the funding received by the SSA to respond to the pandemic, the effect of the changes on the public, and the recommendations by GAO to the SSA.
