Abstract: The article presents a case of a 29-year-old female with repeated paroxysms of palpitations due to rapid narrow QRS complex tachycardia (NCT) to discuss the dynamic changes in atrial activation sequence during supraventricular tachycardia and the mechanism of the tachycardia. Other topics include left atrial tachycardia (AT), premature ventricular complex (PVC), and atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia (AVNRT).
