Abstract
- The study conducted in the State Nature Reserve "Bylina" (Kirov region, Russia) revealed 377 species of macrofungi, 19 out of which are considered rare, few are included in the Red Book of Russian Federation and/or the Red Book of Kirov region: Sarcosoma globosum, Skeletocutis odora, Clavariadelphus pistillaris. Several indicator species of aphyllophoroid fungi found in old undisturbed forests predominantly on large fallen dead-wood were marked within the investigated territory which confirms the status of the protected area; these are: Amylocystis lapponica, Antrodia albobrunnea, Asterodon ferruginosus, Ceriporia violacea, Cystostereum murrayi, Dichostereum granulosum, Diplomitoporus crustulinus, D. flavescens, Fuscopostia fragilis, Gloeophyllum abietinum, Junghuhnia collabens, Meruliopsis taxicola, Neoantrodia infirma, Phellinidium ferrugineofuscum, Physisporinus crocatus, Poriella subacida, Pycnoporellus fulgens, and Skeletocutis odora.
