Experimental simulation analysis of static mechanical properties and constitutive relationship of 6082-T6 aluminum profile.

Abstract
- Through the tensile test of 6082-T6 aluminum profile, the mechanical properties parameters of the material (elastic modulus E, specified non-proportional tensile strength, proportional limit, tensile strength, elongation at break, Poisson's ratio and strain hardening coefficient N) were measured and counted. The mechanical properties and stress-strain curve of 6082-T6 aluminum alloy were analyzed, and the simulated tensile test was established by Abaqus. Through statistical analysis of experimental data, the statistical values of material mechanical properties parameters (elastic modulus, Poisson's ratio, specified non-proportional elongation strength) are close to those specified in China's "Code for Design of Aluminum Alloy Structures". The ratio of strain hardening index calculated by two-point method to specified non-proportional extension strength is less than the recommended value. The constitutive model obtained by the two-point method can predict the real stress-strain and simulated stress-strain well. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
