Abstract
- New silatranyl–dihydropyran compound (3) is synthetized based on 1-(3-aminopropyl)silatrane (1) and 2,5-dibutylthio-2,3-dihydro-2-formyl-4H-pyran, dibutyrine (2). Cd(II) and Cu(II) complexes (4–7), as well as samples of modified glass (8), are obtained from hybrid silatrane (3). Compounds (3–8) are characterized by elemental analysis and IR spectroscopy and <superscript>1</superscript>H and <superscript>13</superscript>C NMR spectroscopy. The antimicrobial properties of the obtained compounds are studied. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
