Abstract

The article offers information that Wave and tidal erosion at Fort Eustis, a military facility in southeast Virginia with 233 identified historic sites, is getting worse due to sea level rise. It discusses that the Cultural Resource Program has been able to hold an eroding feature in place for almost five years using temporary stabilization methods combined with regular maintenance.
