Abstract

The article focuses on focuses on the collection, use and sharing smart data enabling and amplifying collaboration and co-operation beyond local authorities. Topics discussed include use of data for local authorities to work with partners and community, struggle of teams of data and intelligence to get business upfront investment, and need of articulating value of data to one's local communities.
