Abstract

Caribbeanist anthropology where I see such trendsetting taking place: climate crises, reparations/repair, and the location of Caribbean anthropology. Moreover, the work like Thomas' and Lewis' that is directly focused on reparations may not be voluminous in Caribbeanist anthropology but it is groundbreaking in the subfield. Caribbean anthropologists are also helping us pursue larger questions around what constitutes the Caribbean and Caribbeanist anthropology. [Extracted from the article]
