IDFC informs about sale of entire equity stake.

In continuation of its efforts for Corporate simplification/restructuring, IDFC has informed that IDFC Foundation has entered in to "Share Purchase Agreement" for sale of entire equity stake of 50% in Delhi Integrated Multi - Modal Transit System ("DIMITs") held by IDFC Foundation to Bharat Telematics.
