Abstract

Laparoscopic surgical exploration in our patients most often found gonads reduced to two fibrous bands. This study includes the analysis of epidemiological, clinical, biological and ultrasound data plus intraoperative findings, treatment histological result and subsequent follow up of patients with Pure gonadal dysgenesis (PGD) also known as SWYER syndrome.
