Abstract
- The purpose of our study is to identify the contribution of MRI as a complementary examination to ultrasound in order to optimise the characterisation of ovarian mass characterisation. In cases where pelvic ultrasonography could not contribute substantially to the diagnosis, we completed the exploration with a pelvic MRI. [Extracted from the article]
