Abstract

The article discusses the person-centred strategy to occupational therapy practice that aims to improve the quality of life, dignity, and independence of people with complex neurological long-term conditions. Among said illnesses are Parkinson's disease, multisystem atrophy, and motor neurone disease (MND). Also cited is the importance of shared decision making between therapists and their patients.
