Computer support in decision making on real estate market.

The paper gives a practical example for the information and computer support in a decision making process about investments on real estate market. The computer support is based on considerable quantitative evaluations of market characteristics about real estates. These computations are based on the usage of a portfolio theory, which is adapted in this research for the case of real estates. An algorithm for decision making is derived, which applies computations in MATLAB environments. The added value of this research comprises both the design of a decision making procedure and the numerical results, obtained for the real estate market in Bulgaria.
