Abstract

In this paper, the projection method, the stereographic method and the spherical map method are used to calculate the spatial angle of the parts with the oblique hole in the numerical control machining center. At the same time, the calculation principle and method of the spatial double deflection angle hole system in the numerical control machining center are studied.The projection method is used to analyze the spatial angle relation of Φ10 holes in milling. V spherical method and H spherical method are used to calculate the positioning angle and the orientation angle. The spatial angle of a valve body part in milling Φ12 space inclined hole is calculated by using the stereographic method, and the positioning angle and the orientation angle are calculated by using the V spherical graph method and the H spherical graph method.The calculation results show that the spatial angles obtained by the above methods are the same, which verifies the correctness and the feasibility of the calculation method.
