- The article explores how effective is Tesla Corporation at Knowledge Management, a Harvard Business School (HBS) case method. Topics include Tesla place unnecessary pressure on customers as the customer-knowledge about the car-buying process unfolds; and Tesla uses knowledge management as a precursor to let the buyer beware of the state-of-the-art of electric vehicles.
