The patient's safety culture measures and prevention from different types of physical and social pain in hospitals of Saudi Arabia is a missing point. It is important to determine the safety culture among doctors and nurses in hospitals of Saudi Arabia. For this purpose, sixteen doctors and nurses were selected from some of the hospitals of Saudi Arabia and were interviewed. The findings of this paper showed the importance of educational training for the doctors and nurses of hospitals as well as improving the level of safety in those hospitals to prevent from occurrence of any type of injuries and physical and social pains.
