INTRODUCTION.

The article presents the discussion on contestation of the existing social systems and of criticism of the scientific paradigms. Topics include driven by a combination of multiple factors such as the loss of faith in political institutions; and elaborating a theoretical alternative to the opposition between private and public law, between patrimony, contract, and sovereignty.
