Design of university laboratory safety access and out system.

Aiming at the problems of weak safety awareness of personnel, formalization of safety training and unspecific management methods of hazardous chemicals in the safety management of university laboratories, this paper first analyzes the current situation of safety access and safety out of personnel and articles in university laboratories by using the fishbone diagram, and then combined with PDCA theory, a closed-loop management system for laboratory safety access and safety out is designed and developed. The system comprehensively considers the safety awareness and safety behavior of laboratory personnel, the safety state of objects, and environmental factors, and covers the double access and double access of personnel and objects. The process of laboratory safety access and access is step-by-step, so as to enhance the safety awareness of teachers and students, improve the laboratory safety management status, and improve the overall safety management level of the experiment.
