Abstract
- The article reports that the black jacket that researchers wore in one's first job interview was, like the interview itself, a bit overwhelming. Whether one was drowning in the jacket's boxy shape or simply lost in shoulder pads more appropriate for a Division I linebacker, one couldn't help feeling a bit uncomfortable in one' own skin— or, in this case, clothing. One is already stocked one's closet with the requisite black dress, black pants, and black pencil skirt, so it's time to invest in a versatile black jacket that will make just as much of an impression. The perfect Jacket, tike this black wool-and-nylon three-button one by R. Scott French, has a fitted body but leaves ample room to layer a sweater underneath on chilly winter days.
