Abstract

The dried stem bark of I H. diffusa i (30.0 kg) was extracted three times (48, 24, and 24 h) with 95% EtOH (80 L × 3) at room temperature to give a crude extract. In order to get monomer compounds from the extract of the petroleum ether phase, silica gel column chromatography, gel column chromatography, thin-layer chromatography, ODS reversed-phase column chromatography, and MCI column chromatography were used. 1:CAS:528:DC%2BD3cXivFGgu7k%3D. 10.1002/jccs.200000050 10 Rath G, Ndonzao M, Hostettmann K.
