Abstract

Regarding the incidence of surgical procedures between different races, Best et al.7 found that the national incidence rate of nine major surgical procedures was higher among White patients than Black patients. In this regard, the present study leans heavily towards analyzation of the effects of certain social affairs rather than clinical or anatomical differences that may cause differences in outcomes of aortic disease treated with TEVAR.
