Abstract

MRI examination confirmed ultrasound findings, showing superficial implantation of the mass in the posterior perineum, not extending to the anal sphincters posteriorly or the labioscrotal folds anteriorly, with hyperintense fatty component on T1-weighted sequences (Figure 1h,i).
