Research Progress on Structural Property of Stereo-complexed Polylactide Fiber.

Research progress and application of stereo-complexed polylactide fibers structure and property were summarized. Crystal structure of stereo-complexed polylactide fiber was introduced. Mechanical, thermal, hydrolysis and dyeing property of stereo-complexed polylactide fiber were analyzed. Applications of stereo-complexed polylactide fiber in fields of textile, medical hygiene, sewage treatment and air filtration were summarized. It is considered that the excellent thermal stability of stereo-complexed polylactide fiber must have higher content and stable stereo-complexed crystals. It is necessary to conduct in-depth basic research on structure and property, crystal structure regulation technology suitable for continuous fiber processing should be developed and researched, industrial application of stereo-complexed polylactide fiber should be promoted.
