Abstract

The article focuses on property located in the small fishing village of San Pancho, Nayarit, surrounded by tropical vegetation and built facing the Pacific Ocean. It mentions use of exposed concrete consistent with the construction system provides the house with a timeless pride that chose local, natural materials and adapted to the climate. It also mentions inspired by the vernacular architecture of the coast Mexican, the surrounding landscape and the culture of the country to design.
