Abstract
- A 46-year-old gentleman presented to the emergency department with a 3-day history of severe abdominal pain, progressive abdominal distention, vomiting, and fever. After adequate resuscitation, abdominal erect x-ray identified pneumoperitoneum and abdominal supine x-ray identified air (pneumo) tracking along the Arantius ligament (ligamentum venosum) (Fig. Endoscopic and clinical features of gastric ulcers in Japanese patients with or without Helicobacter pylori infection who were using NSAIDs or low-dose aspirin.
