Combustible tobacco age-of-sale laws: an opportunity?

Abstract
- An editorial is presented that examines the benefits of raising age-of-sale laws for combustible tobacco. Particular focus is given to how something like a Combustible 21 law could prohibit the sale of combustible tobacco to individuals under 21 years of age, leaving open the opportunity for those individuals to legally purchase e-cigarettes and smokeless tobacco products. The possible effects of incentivizing e-cigarettes are also noted.
