Abstract
- Dear Editor, An 81-year-old male patient with hypertension, chronic kidney disease, Crohn's disease, and a high-grade metastatic urothelial bladder carcinoma with 12 years of evolution was treated with chemotherapy and radical cystoprostatectomy.
