CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION IN A CHEMICAL, BIOLOGICAL, RADIOLOGICAL AND NUCLEAR (CBRN) CONTEXT.

The article explores the Secretary-General's Mechanism for Investigation of Alleged Use of Chemical and Biological Weapons; and (iii) Security Council resolution 1540 (2004) regarding the prevention of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction to non-State actors. Furthermore, the revised International Health Regulations (2005) provide a comprehensive framework for preparedness regarding the public health response to an outbreak of any cause.
