Abstract
- The article presents the discussion on field of International Relations (IR) increasingly acknowledging pervasive racism in institutional foundations. Topics include sidelining the Haitian revolution in the truncated debates about the abolition of slavery among other key themes; and showing the role in Anglophone IR's disciplinary attention or the longer-term impacts on decolonisation processes such as the mandate system.
