Abstract
- Computed tomography (CT) of the chest, abdomen and pelvis showed progressive metastatic disease with hepatic metastases and obstructive intrahepatic duct dilatation. The patient had known metastatic prostate cancer and moderately-differentiated pancreatic tail acinar-cell carcinoma with splenic invasion.
