Pulmonary sclerosing pneumocytoma—a case series.

Pulmonary sclerosing pneumocytoma (PSP) is a rare and interesting pulmonary tumour that presents a diagnostic challenge to the surgeon due to its bland symptomatology, indolent course, non-specific radiological features and ambiguous histopathological findings, which could lead to errors in management and prognostication.
